We started in Columbia, MO, and have since expanded to Sedalia, Jefferson City and other mid-Missouri communities. Lindner Properties’ History

Our legacy of providing premier commercial real estate in Columbia, MO dates back over 40 years. 

1981
Forum Shopping Center was purchased by Kay Lindner, José Lindner and other partners.
1997
Forum Development Group, now Lindner Properties, was formed.
1998
Forum Development Group purchased the Nifong Shopping Center.
1999
José, Scott & Jay Lindner bought out partners in the Forum Shopping Center.
2004
Forum Development Group developed The Broadway Shops.
2007
Forum Development Group developed Broadway Bluffs.
2010
José Lindner passed away in 2010 following a long battle with heart disease. Our management team of Jay and Scott Lindner carries on our commitment to providing clients with great opportunities.
2017
Forum Development Group rebrands to Lindner Properties.
2018
Lindner Properties expands to Sedalia, MO.
2021
Lindner Properties expands to Jefferson City, MO.
2022
New location for Destin, Fl was formed for Lindner Properties.
